An image I took on one of me and hubby's many Sunday drives. I've always loved old architechture, so when we passed this old plantation I told hubby we had to stop, so I could get a picture.

Just stopping is not enough as you MUST go inside. It's incredible! Take the tour, you won't regret it. I visit New Orleans and all surrounding Parrishes as often as I can just to visit the Plantations sometimes and I live in Colorado. My hubby was paid to create brochures for Oak Alley and for an artist that wanted to use the photo for a mural. We love this place and have exceptional photographs. Another favorite plantation is Nottoway out in New Castle. We even have pictures of Tuscuco before it perished in a fire and Laura before it also suffered fire damage. I'm all misty eyed looking at your photo. Thanks for sharing! Oh yes, have you toured The Myrtles yet?? What a wonderful spooky place!!
